Aplicar is a comprehensive recruitment management platform designed to streamline the application process and enhance communication between recruiters, students, and educational institutions. Their platform simplifies application management, process tracking, and simplifies communication.

Role:
At Aplicar, their dedicated design team comprises of designers and a project lead. In my role as the primary designer, I assumed responsibility for leading research, formulating strategic approaches, and crafting innovative designs for both B2B and B2C user experiences. My contributions extended to creating responsive landing pages and intuitive dashboards, ensuring a user-friendly experience and robust information accessibility. Furthermore, I maintained close collaboration with our development team to ensure seamless alignment and execution of our shared vision.
